Zoi Dimitriou Company is looking for an Intern/Volunteer
Internationally renowned Greek choreographer Zoi Dimitriou is looking for a ‘Local Facilitator’ to work for the company during the residency and production period of her new work Peregrinus at Firkin Crane.
Where: Firkin Crane, Shandon, Cork, Ireland
When: May/June and July 2017

The role will include:
Liaising with Zoi, the line producer and the production manager for the smooth adaptation of the work, after its premiere at the Onassis Cultural Centre, Athens in May 2017, to Firkin Crane.
- Sourcing and organising interviews with people from the local community on specified themes that relate to the work.
- Organising and assisting field research with Zoi during the residency period in June (19th June-1st July), which would include travelling to parts of Ireland and collecting material for the performances.
- Facilitating the organisation and coordination of the timetable for the production period.
- Acting as the main person of contact between the company and Firkin Crane for supporting with all the technical, organisational and production needs of the company.
The candidate for this opportunity would have an interest in gaining experience in arts management and production and working with artists during a creative period. They would be benefiting from the exposure of working both with choreographer Zoi Dimitriou and alongside the team at Firkin Crane with further future possibilities available.
